Maharashtra has a glorious tradition of private educational institution, and one of them is ‘Shri Swami Vivekanand Shikshan Sanstha, Kolhapur’ founded by Shikshan Maharshi Dr. Bapuji Salunkhe.

Pratap Junior college of education wadanage Nighave-dumala is one of the branch of this institution as a principal of this college from 2012. My staffmembers proffessors and non-Teaching staff is working honestly under my supervision.

Life is an exciting with challenges and opportunities to be seized. If we want to be proficient and successful, we need to acquire wide knowledge and vision. We have to develop certain skills & qualities to achieve success. As swami Vivekanand says “Awake, rise and don’t stop till the goal is reached.”

According to my opinion formation of character is real task of a teacher and the basic aim of all education is only to put the child’s will and action on the right path, and to create maturity in his character with the help of good habits in the light of right principles. One, who performs this educational task as a teacher, should know himself which path the character is to follow. His own character should have a definite colour. He should himself have his own life–style. His influence would give a reliable direction to the child’s life’ only when his own life is well-directed.

I wish that this college will take every success in future.
